Property Resource Network, Inc. (PRN) has been performing merchant site verifications for the card processing industry for over 10 years. PRN has a nationwide network of over 4000 field represenatives ready to serve as your eyes in the field. You can rely on PRN for prompt, professional service, making sure your merchant is actually who they represent themselves to be. A brief interview, along with photo confirmation of inventory and signage (or address) is included. Any discrepancy will be brought to your immediate attention (i.e. address variation or signs of questionable inventory or activity).

PRN provides a Regular, 5-business day; and a Rush, 2-business day completion (when possible). Our field inspector will contact the merchant to make an appointment unless it is specified to go unannounced. Those inpsectors with digital cameras will email the photos with the completed report to PRN for review; photos are then forwarded to you via email. If email is not available the inspector will forward the photos directly to you via express delivery (i.e. Airborne or DHL) with a tracking number provided.
