Property Resource Network, Inc. (PRN) is a nationwide field servicing company. When a merchant wants to set up credit card acceptance in their business (i.e. new business, transfer card service to another processor, etc.) PRN acts as a third party, verifying the information that the merchant has already provided. To do this PRN sends an inspector to the business site to take 2 clear photos (1 exterior, 1 interior) and complete the PRN Merchant Site Verification form.

PRN provides 2 photos with each Site Verification. The exterior photo shows the business signage if available. The interior photo shows the merchant's inventory or work area as appropriate for the business type. Photos will be sent to the client via email, express or regular mail.

For inspections that require an appointment, PRN suggests that clients notify merchants that a site verification will be taking place. PRN's representative will contact the merchant to set up a convenient time for the inspection.

For inspections that do not require an appointment, the PRN representative will attempt the inspection during regular business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri).

For inspections for which no contact is requested, PRN will obtain as much information as possible and provide an exterior photo.

PRN handles each order individually. PRN can accept special instructions per order, or the client can provide PRN with instructions for use with every order.
